It has been a while+great news!!

Since I last blogged! I know... a whole month! Well I am back so I have a picture overload here!
Scraptastisch was doing a challenge where you had to do a lo with at least 50% journaling, I made that one but forgot to send it in, duh (I know I am blonde) so I will share it here! I loved the idea so much I actually made a spread!

Then I also participated in the Sintswap on scraptastisch, it's a Dutch thing that's like santa claus. We send each other presents, a poëm with hints and a selfmade present. This is what I got:

I really love this stuff!!! I think it is Ria due to the hints she gave me, she said she loves coffee and we talked about that because I am a tea person, she loves her 2 man (dh and ds), she loves scrapping (sorry but DUH) and loves surprises hmmm that could be anybody but me!

I got sick a lot the last couple of weeks but I am getting better so it seems so I am here again, I even started scrapping again, well at least try to as my MOJO took a holiday I guess. Hope it's back soon as I still have to finish my sisters album (sorry sis!!!)

A little present

Hi girls,
I am taking part of a scrapgame on a messageboard here in holland, translated it would be : guess your buddy.
Someone sends you 3 items in the course of 12 weeks, with some hints about themselves. I have to guess who it might be, well I got this item yesterday from my buddy and I love it! It comes in really handy as my head is a sife and I forget everything!! So buddy; thank you very much for this great item!!!

2 new lo's for my BOM

I started on 1 lo for my BOM but it turned out a spread, I like it but the quality of photo's isn't all that!

Got a lot of plans to scrap so I will! I hope I can show you loads this week! I already finished 6 pages of my sisters weddingalbum! In 2 days! Love it!

Last week I got a remote controle for my camera and a new objective/lens too from DH, he's so sweet, the pics on the lo's are made with it!
Well I am off scrapping again bye!

So finally there's something to show

Hi!

This week some stuff happened that shook up our life but we're ok don't worry.

I scrapped some for my self this week too! This little book, another little book but that's not really finished ánd a little box which isn't really finished either, 2 lo's that I haven't photographed yet so very creative this week! This upcoming week will be just like that I hope!

New stuff

And yet again I bought new stuff! I bought some flowers (well actually a lot!) and paper, Eva of Basic Grey, love that paper! A little box to make my own treasure chest with a mini in it. Also some stuff for my sisters weddingalbum which is 25% ready. Next tuesday I can pick up the last pics and it will be done soon then!
One of the purchases was from Barbara of Scraptastisch which was really really fast! I ordered a few sheets of Eva and a really gorgeous wooden box/chest there and they are cheap too!!!
I'm now working on it! Altering the box, making mini's to go in there (yes multiple mini's!) I'm on a role again! I think Barbara also gave me an invisible bottle of mojo that cracked when I opened the order!
There's one small order coming in this week and that's about it for now! Let's first finish things before ordering again!

What's there to tell?

Not very much, just wanted to blog!
At this point I just *LOVE* fall! The weather is great, nature so pretty! I am really soaking it up! The past few days I got up early, took my camera and dog, and took long walks! This works therapeutic too!!! So here are some pics I took in the parc right next to our house.

What else? Well if all it correct I will receive a fun package tomorrow with great scrapstuff!!! And I've started on my sisters weddingalbum finally! I got the last pics in this morning and yesterday I started on the smaller pics and I have done 6 pages by now. I need to order a few pics more though for details, or buy top of the bill quality photopaper so I can print them myself. Can't show that here yet ofcourse! I will show a few pages later on.

Oh and I learned so much more about photography this past weekend! So I'll visit the market tomorrow to buy a big piece of black cloth and white cloth and perhaps some organza/taft/silky stuff (see through kind). I can't wait to get started!

Little home decor and TOOT

HI!!!
Well I've actually been activly scrapping the past few days as I am enjoying the peace and quiet in my head that gives creativity room to explore and expand! Love it! So I made a scraplift for the secret scraplift on Scraptastisch. I could choose this time and start the whole thing so I did! I finished the lo and mailed it to the next person! Then I started making this thingy. It has been here for a year now and bold, no paint or nothing because I didn't know what to do with it and now I knew! It's not exactly as I wanted or liked but it's a start, I 'll probably add more stuff as we go along.

Another detail, I stamped 2 of the 4 corners and embossed with copper

This is the side, I only did 1 as the other is against a wall. And on top will be stuff too so didn't do that one either but paint

And the details. The letters have been done with copper paint too and the swirl with crackle brown and copper. I love copper the most as it looks vintage to me!

And then a little scoop... I've been asked to be a DT member!! As of now I am a DT member for Scraptastisch a little fun scrapshop, and growing, from Barbara. The messageboard is great and lots of fun. Lots of stuff to do and organised so if you can, take a look, become a member and talk with us (it's a Dutch board by the way).

My 275th post!

Wow time goes by so fast! I love numbers so that's why I chose this title ;-)

A while back I started my doggies journal, the first month he was here I wrote about him every single day, about his progress and funny stuff and made lots of pics and I made this mini about him. The journaling is on tags in pockets. I am not happy with the result, as it is totally not my style and I thought the paper was hard to work with but I tried something else for a change and didn't like it! But here it is!
