Wie wil dat nou niet???

Je trouwerij winnen??? Nou wij wel, en nou hoor ik je denken... "maar jullie zijn toch al getrouwd?" Antwoord "jazeker" maar.... dat is nou net de voorwaarde!!!
Je zult er vast niks meer van begrijpen dus hier volgt de uitleg...
Corinne Delis, fotografe, die ik al lang ken van het scrappen, heeft bij ons de babyshoot met Skylar gedaan... deze weet je nog?

Zij heeft zich nu toegespitst op trouwfotografie en HOE!!! Echt prachtig! Met kerst had ze een geweldige actie en het heeft me een paar dagen gekost alles bij elkaar te zoeken maar we hebben ons aangemeld, de mail met foto's is zojuist verzonden. Wil je de actie lezen of zelf mee doen (zou ik niet doen hoor! Dan hebben wij meer kans hahahaha!) kijk dan hier: Corinne Delis
Ik hoop zo dat we eens kans maken, onze bruiloft was nou niet bepaald geweldig, en de foto's eigenlijk ook niet super, dus.....duim voor ons mee aub!!

Weddinglo's!!!

Ok I scrapped a lot the past 2 days to get the first pics done, as my fingers were itching to get started. I couldn't wait for the pics to arrive that I ordered online so I printed a few myself. Now I am done with the first 3 lo's and my pics aren't in yet. I think I might print 1 more pic to scrap. I think the others will be in tomorrow.

Yay I am happy now! Our wedding pics are in and guess what I did? Ordered lots of them and printed some of them and now I am scrapping my b*tt off! So happy with that!



Also still enjoying the little babys as they are way too cute! I feel great!

And I wanted to share some of the "deck of me" cards that I made the past few days, so here they are:



My cards have 2 sides. A front like this is, and then on the back I write something personel about this topic. On the back of the second card it says that I can be so Impatient sometimes, how I love to feel balanced and more calm as I always feel in a rush. This is one of my pretties cards I think (at this moment)


Well I am off again, still in doubt what to do as the weather is fabulous as well and I could use the sunlight too! Maybe take a walk to the postoffice to mail off some stuff!

lil update

here I am again behind my pc on a rainy and lazy afternoon. Got tons of things I want to do but no energy to do them! That's because I had to go through a lot yesterday, did a lot as well and it wore me out! So this morning I decided to do only the necesairy householdchoirs and then nothing! I wanted to scrap but even to tired to do that! So instead I'm reading blogs and messageboards. Oh and for those who know what I had to do yesterday; it all turned out good! I am relieved!

What's next? I finished my thank-you cards for the wedding, I took my dress to a tailor as it had to be taken in and a new zipper as I wasn't happy with the original one, I went to the beauticien to get some info and I will call her tomorrow or next week for an appointment for a treatment and a trial make up! Letters are send, bills have been payed so only 4 more weeks to go from today and I can call myself a "wife" how odd. I am a little nervous about it all but at the same time I am really looking forward to it.

What do we need to do? Well I am working on a reception-book, flowers, igor will go there next week to talk about them and pick them, a necklace, still haven't found the right one yet, music (i need to make a cd) and that's about it! We're pretty much done!

23rd day of Christmas

Do you bake Christmas cookies?

I just did the other day, cinnamon-orange ones they were great! I intend to do more so next year and give them away too!

Well some photosharing here today. Unfortunately the pretty white views are gone so non of them (sorry Jan) but some pics of the cards I made yesterday AND our wedding invitation! Everyone received it now so I can show it!

Day 6 of Christmas

Day 6: When do you put up your decorations?
Here in Holland we've got this holiday called "Sinterklaar" which is like Santa, but after this man has left (6 december) most of the people put up their decorations as am I! I started yesterday to be honest! I love this time of year so I just couldn't wait anymore! I know I said I would be back with pics of our tree but it's ugly and empty so I really hope Igor and I will visit the gardencentre this afternoon which has a huge christmasdeco show! Oh I already hear my wallet scream!


What else? Well I have tons of ideas for scrapping but non of them seem to get out of my hands so I will leave my computer alone today, and do some scrapping! I already finished half of my "thank you" gifts for the wedding. Now I am short of ribbon so I will have to go to the market again next tuesday. Yay again 1 step closer!!!

2 new lo's

as promised!!!
The first one is a lo I made for the workshop "finding you" from corinne delis! I am still way behind!
The second one is a scraplift from a lo I saw on the *Love Elsie* flickr group. I loved working on both of them!
And you know what? I am running out of paper!!! I am working on a paperbag minibook with the last bit of elsiepaper, then there's a minibook in process with jack and abby and after that I only had about 6 sheets left!!! And they all don't match! So I need new paper!!!! Anyone got tips to cute paper and internetshops?




Weddingupdate:
Last night we visited our weddinglocation and talked about the food, our wishes, plans and all, we are so excited about this!!!
After that we went to visit Majootje and I asked her to be my "best man/woman" and she said yes!!!
This morning I had a conversation with our photographer and he can totally meet our wishes so that's arranged too!!! I am soooooo happy again!

MOJO again! yeaahhaaaa! I scrapped these cards below, today I finished 2 lo's and started a paperbag mini-album for a friend who can use a lot of support right now.

I haven't photographed the lo's yet but I will tomorrow I promise!

Weddingupdate: Last thursday Igor and I went over the the juweler's and chose these 2 perfect rings! They are so so so (did i mention "so") applicable to our situation, but I can't really explain it without pics so just a little more patience! We're still thinking about the inscription but I am sure we will find the appropriate words soon!

some christmas

HI!
Oh this year I am so into Christmas! In October I bought Christmas-scrapstuff already and started working on a christmasjournal and the christmaschallenge! Now I finished some christmascards that I found on a blog Ellen gave me a link to! It's from Cambria Turnbow and love the things she makes so I just had to lift some of the ideas and did! Here are my interpretations! The first one is a try-out with my new Cricut Cartridge.



Then I also made a little "X-mas"book by the idea of S@ndra which was a lot of work! But I love how it turned out! I made it with the scrapfever scrapkit of October.

Wedding-update:
I chose my dress, now I just have to order it and wait 5 weeks! Thursday we will go shopping for rings and crafts for making the invites. Monday we have an appointment at the party/weddinglocation to talk about the food an all! Loving it!!

We are getting married!!!

Isn't that great!? Ok it wasn't all that romantic because we kind of "have to" get married. No I am not pregnant but Igor will be co-owner of a big store starting februari first so legally stuff needed to be arranged so we decided to get married on prenoptual-agreement. The big day will be:
